Membership application

As a member, you can have your say in the way the Penn Club is run by attending the Annual General Meeting and at other times by contacting the Club Secretary. You are granted access to the evolving Members’ Pages and you can stand for election as a Director if you have the time and interest.

To apply for membership please click on the link below to download the membership application form. The document includes two reference forms. Please send a reference form to each of your two chosen referees, ask them to complete, sign and return the form to the Club.

Membership application forms must be mailed back to us as we need an original signature on the form. Please do not send by email.
